A Workshop for Recognizing & Transforming Scarcity Patterns
Next Session begins: September 1, 2026The Scarcity Challenge
The Scarcity Challenge is a deep dive into daily scarcity moments or long-term issues around scarcity or ‘not enough-ness.’ In this workshop, scarcity is defined as the fear or experience of not having enough or not being enough.
❋ Not EnoughWhen there's not enough of something important for meeting your needs. (That something could be love, money, time, possibility, ability, experience, opportunity, energy, safety, food, peace, and many more.)
❋ ClingingWhen you need to cling to something that you're afraid to let go of. (Some examples could be relationships, career, job, way of being, way of thinking, assumptions about yourself, and many more.)
❋ Not Enough YouWhen YOU are not (fill in the blank) enough to have your needs met. (Some examples could be good, smart, prepared, financially stable, emotionally stable, worthy, and most importantly, lovable.)
❋ HoardingWhen you feel a need to “hoard” (accumulate) something. (Some examples could be money, people, time, power, position, influence, and many more.)
The experience of scarcity permeates almost all aspects of life for many people. We face it biologically, mentally, emotionally, culturally, and more—there’s almost no aspect of life it doesn’t touch.
In this workshop, we’ll take a close, personal look at how scarcity affects us. Participants will leave with new insights and tools for examining and transforming ancient problems.
